Lawmakers are pushing new legislation that would raise prescription drug prices, force local pharmacies to close, and leave many communities without access to the medicine they need. These proposals, backed by Big Pharma, put working families and rural residents at risk.  

Local pharmacies are essential for both health and neighborhood well-being. If these laws pass, closures and rising costs will force many families, especially in rural areas, to travel farther, pay more, or even go without the prescriptions they need. 

Our communities deserve easy access to the prescriptions they need, without worrying about cost or distance.
